Mirrored Room from 1966 is Still Awesome Today

Man, you won’t believe what’s inside this thing. Lucas Samaras created his ground-breaking Room No. 2 (popularly known as Mirrored Room), one of the earliest installation artworks that encouraged viewers to enter and experience rather than passively view, back in 1966. The original room can be found in the permanent collection of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery. And in it, you’ll find something even interesting.
